Team Lead at Gaudii in Gothenburg – a unique opportunity to make a difference!

Gaudii is a rapidly growing clinic chain with great ambitions to improve people's quality of life. Today, we are located in Stockholm (Östermalm & Södermalm), Uppsala, Umeå, and Sundsvall. We are now looking for a dedicated person to help us continue our journey towards delivering superior service and results-oriented treatments for better core and pelvic floor health in Gothenburg.

About the role

As Team Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and running our new clinic in Gothenburg. You will be responsible for both the operational and strategic development of the business with support from the company's management. Your daily tasks will include everything from treatments with Emsella & Embody, customer consultations, marketing activities to developing sales strategies and ensuring that the business meets its goals.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for building and developing the clinic in Gothenburg.

• Perform treatments with Emsella and Embody (training included) focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Inform and educate customers about core and pelvic floor health.

• Create long-term customer relationships and offer solutions that meet customer needs.

• Initiate collaborations with various stakeholders.

• Lead and develop marketing and sales initiatives to attract new customers.

• Explore new strategic partners in the local area.

• Ensure that the Gothenburg clinic delivers according to Gaudii's high standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership roles - preferably within healthcare, wellness, or service.

• Is passionate about customer service and has a strong interest in health and well-being.

• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Is a doer with unique social skills and the ability to create safety and trust.

• Can work independently and drive projects forward.

• Has a flexible mindset & the right attitude!

It is a plus if you have:

• A background as a nurse, physiotherapist, sports physiologist, personal trainer, have practiced elite sports, or are just extremely health-conscious.

• Experience in building businesses from scratch and other growth companies.

• Experience in sales and can combine service with business acumen.
