Your Role
As a maintenance planner, you will be an important part of a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance and modification work on advanced civil and military platforms. The role involves close collaboration with production, project leaders, and external suppliers, where the planning function has overall responsibility for ensuring that work packages are carried out efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
You will initiate, follow up, and close work packages and work orders in our maintenance operations and ensure that the right conditions are in place before implementation. The work also involves contact with external suppliers and handling orders for subcontracted services.
Your main tasks include:
- Managing orders from the operator's CAMO organization
- Preparing and processing work documentation and so-called task cards in the maintenance system
- Ensuring that work packages are correctly prepared for execution in maintenance production
- Ensuring access to materials, tools, and work orders for all tasks
- Conducting post-processing
- Supporting project leaders during ongoing maintenance and modification work

Your Profile
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and proactive. You thrive in a role where you take overall responsibility, work solution-oriented, and collaborate with many different stakeholders. Since the role involves a lot of collaboration with various parties, it is essential that you are attentive with good communication skills. Furthermore, you have a good sense of order, are used to working in different operational and maintenance systems, and contribute with engagement and team spirit.
It is advantageous if you have experience in aircraft maintenance and modification work within Part-145 operations, as well as knowledge of the regulations EASA and SE-EMAR within Part-145.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As travel may be required for the position, a valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
