The Role of Healthcare Administrator/Medical Secretary

When you work as a healthcare administrator/medical secretary at the eye clinic during the summer, you will primarily be involved in medical documentation, reception work, and other administrative tasks.

The summer jobs are temporary full-time positions. We need summer substitute healthcare administrators for weeks 25-33. It is an advantage if you can work many or all of the weeks. We look positively on if you can start your substitute position with us before the summer, and there is also the possibility of extension until September.

The eye clinic at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping provides eye care in two areas of operation – open specialist care within eye care choice and qualified eye care. Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare administrator or studying to become one. If you are studying, you can work as a medical secretary after one year of studies. You are a service-oriented person who has a good ability to collaborate with others. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and have a good ability to structure your work effectively.
