About Addovation and the team

You will report to the CFO located at the office in Jönköping, and there are three colleagues in the finance function based in Jönköping and Drammen. Addovation operates in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Sri Lanka.

The finance function focuses on ensuring quality accounting while also assisting with analyses, forecasts, and budgets. The focus is to support the organization and contribute to the business in a group with a growth focus.

In your role as Group Accounting Manager

This role is broader than a traditional Group Accounting Manager; you will also have a central role in controlling.

• You will be responsible for the company's accounting. You should have a solid understanding of accounting, group accounting, with good knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to interpret them. Experience with IFRS is preferred but not required.
• As you will be tasked with driving the budgeting process, working with forecasts and analyses in close collaboration with the CFO, you will also need to support those responsible for results.
• You will establish and develop financial processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• It is important that you are a communicative person who easily creates new contacts, as you will have several points of contact within the organization.
• You will help drive development, such as digitalization, quality, and efficiency.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The role will involve some travel. Ideally, the position is in Jönköping, but starting from Gothenburg with regular working days at the Jönköping office could be an option.
