SEM Städ® is now looking for clear summer job candidates who want to make a difference! Are you a cheerful and service-oriented person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our customer service team.

As a summer employee with us, you will be an important part of our customer service team where we create thoughtful customer service. You will have a varied role where you will have the opportunity to:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from our customers.
• Provide our customers with fantastic service and ensure their satisfaction.
• Support our cleaning teams with administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented: You love helping others and have a genuine interest in customer contact.
• Is flexible and solution-oriented: You thrive in a dynamic environment where you need to adapt to different situations.
• Is a good communicator: You express yourself well both in writing and verbally.
• Is meticulous and structured: You have a knack for keeping things organized in your work.
• Has good knowledge of English to communicate internally and with staff.
