Job Description

Responsibilities
- Daily contact with various stakeholders.
- Be a key person in meeting customers' needs for tailored solutions.
- Book and follow up shipments.
- Organize and ensure that transports are carried out.
- Handle and complete necessary documentation in the business system.
- Follow up on transports and report deviations both internally and to customers.
- Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure correct handling of transports.
- Ensure correct pricing levels and bookings.
- Identify and raise issues that need to be addressed with a focus on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within transport or logistics.
- A skilled communicator in both spoken and written form.
- Good understanding of business systems and can quickly adapt to new digital tools.
- Solution-oriented and enjoys handling varied tasks.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
