Responsibilities

• Daily contact with various stakeholders.
• Be a key person in meeting customers' needs for tailored solutions.
• Book and follow up shipments.
• Organize and ensure that transports are carried out.
• Handle and complete necessary documentation in the business system.
• Follow up on transports and report deviations both internally and to customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure correct handling of transports.
• Ensure correct pricing levels and bookings.
• Identify and raise issues that need to be addressed with a focus on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within transport or logistics.
• A skilled communicator in both spoken and written form.
• Good understanding of business systems and can quickly adapt to new digital tools.
• Solution-oriented and enjoys handling varied tasks.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
