Job Description: We are looking for a positive and service-oriented person who can act as an advisor and handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and web. In this role, you will be responsible for all inquiries related to Electricity Networks, Electricity Trading, Fiber, and District Heating. You will be a problem solver and work to drive cases, provide advice, and perform follow-up work to ensure customer satisfaction.

The job requires you to manage multiple systems simultaneously, so the ability to coordinate and keep several balls in the air is a must. We are looking for a person with good system skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Competence Requirements:

• Knowledge: High school education and extensive experience working in various digital systems. You should be able to handle a fast pace and stress while being structured in your work and taking personal responsibility. You will have both operational and administrative tasks, and you are expected to actively develop relationships with our existing customers.

• Experience: Documented experience in customer service and the ability to quickly learn new systems and routines.

• Desirable: Experience in the energy sector or an interest in energy and environmental issues is an advantage.
• 
  
• Independence: You should be able to work independently and take your own initiatives to solve tasks and drive your own work forward. We are looking for a person with high self-motivation who wants to develop and stay updated in a rapidly evolving industry. The ability for self-leadership and being proactive is crucial.
