We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer advisor for an exciting assignment at a customer center. The role involves handling a high influx of inquiries and providing first-class service to customers via phone, email, chat, and web. As a customer advisor, you will handle questions in areas such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating, as well as work with problem-solving, counseling, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

– Receive and manage customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and web.

– Deliver high-quality service and advice in areas such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating.

– Follow up and resolve inquiries efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.

– Use and coordinate work in multiple systems simultaneously, which requires a good ability to handle parallel tasks.

– Work proactively to further develop customer relationships and contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications and Experience

– Knowledge: High school diploma and strong computer skills are required. You should be stress-resistant and comfortable handling a high influx of inquiries. Experience in administration and follow-up is an advantage.

– Experience: Documented experience in customer service is a requirement. Experience in the energy sector or interest in energy and environmental issues is a plus.

– Independence: Ability to work independently, drive your own initiatives, and continuously develop your skills. Self-leadership is crucial for success in this role.

Desirable Competencies

– Previous experience in the energy sector.

– Interest in or knowledge of energy and environmental issues.

– Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Employment Conditions

Period: 6 months starting in February with the possibility of extension for another 6 months.

Scope: Full-time, 39 hours per week. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–16:00.

Location: On-site in Jönköping.

Extension: Possible extension if needed.

Security Clearance

Security clearance and signing of a confidentiality agreement are required before the assignment can begin. The clearance process, which usually takes 10–15 working days, ensures that the consultant meets the confidentiality and security requirements according to applicable legislation.
