About the position

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and wants to work in an engaged team in a showroom in Jönköping. You will:

• Assist customers with orders and any questions about products.
• Place orders via the company's website and prepare quotes.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and actively work with sales.
• Ensure that the showroom always has staffing to provide the best possible service.

Working hours vary within the store's opening hours:

• Mon-Fri: 10:00-19:00, Saturday: 10:00-17:00, Sunday: 11:00-17:00.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who loves meeting people and is passionate about service. You have:

• Good computer skills and the ability to understand order systems.
• A careful and detail-oriented work approach.
• A drive to work with sales and help customers close deals.

Experience in similar work or an interest in interior design is an advantage, but we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
