As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of various tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and a high level of service. This means that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and fronted.
Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers - whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interaction with customers, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no day is the same. Here, we readily tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, preferably in store work with cash handling or in the restaurant industry. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our product range and areas.
