About the CompanyInternational Aluminium Casting is a Swedish-owned corporate group that delivers high-quality, customer-specific, and fully processed products directly to customers' manufacturing lines. Casting, machining, surface treatment, and assembly are the main steps in our manufacturing process. Within the group, there are four factories in Sweden specialized in die casting and one factory in Estonia specialized in gravity casting.

Your ResponsibilitiesWe are growing with both existing and new customers and look forward to welcoming a new colleague who can support us in our sales efforts. As Sales Support, you are an important support to the organization in all ongoing customer projects and the first line of contact with purchasers at our customers. You can expect a varied workday where your tasks reflect what is most prioritized at the moment. Price updates in our business system as well as registration and updates of important business-driving parameters in the customer's own portals are examples of tasks you will regularly return to in your daily work. As you gain deeper knowledge of our customers and our manufacturing process, we look positively on you taking an even more active role in developing our customer portfolio. If you have the will and ability to take on more responsibility, we will give you that opportunity.

The role involves close collaboration with several different functions within the company. You report to our Marketing Manager, and the position is based at our factory in Tenhult or at our factory in Hultsfred.

Your ProfileThe role of Sales Support suits you if you are curious and responsible with a strong drive to constantly learn something new. We do not require any specific education or work experience but want you to meet the following criteria:

• You are outgoing and genuinely enjoy creating new customer relationships.
• You have a very good insight into the manufacturing industry.
• You have an interest and aptitude for technology.
• You are good with numbers and have a high analytical ability.
• You are accustomed to and find it easy to work in various IT systems.
• You master both Swedish and English at a high level in speech and writing.
