We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are currently looking for salespeople for our store in Värnamo. The position is a temporary part-time employment (20 hours/week) until May with a chance for extension over the summer. It would be great if you want to help us develop Rusta together!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.

Above all, you are a person who enjoys a fast pace and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. Straightforward communication, a positive atmosphere, and a cheerful demeanor are natural for you. You have a strong sense of service and find it easy to collaborate. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and approach are the most important.
