Are you a cheerful and positive person who is passionate about customer interaction? Then YOU could be one of the candidates we are looking for!
Coop Nässjö is a well-established and appreciated store with a clear ecological profile, a good assortment, and a highly regarded deli counter. The store is centrally located in Nässjö and staffed by about 13 employees.
We are now looking for 1-2 summer substitutes. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to ensuring that customers are always greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and top-class service. Previous experience in the grocery trade is highly meritorious, but we always place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability.

Coop is one of Sweden's largest employers with many challenging jobs. We are on an exciting transformation journey to meet the future food customers just as well and naturally in our physical stores as on Coop.se.
The ongoing transformation presents many challenges but also opportunities. And you are never alone. If there is anything we are particularly proud of, it is our employees. By successfully recruiting many competent employees, we work together towards the future.
The new Coop aims to provide attractive shopping experiences with affordable food, strong private labels, a unique membership program, and clear leadership in ecology, health, and sustainability. In short: We want to be the positive force in Swedish grocery retail.
With approximately 650 stores in Sweden and 3.4 million members, Coop is Sweden's only member-owned grocery chain.
We value the qualities that a balanced age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to the organization.
