About the position

This is a consulting assignment at 60% starting immediately and lasting until the end of June 2025. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Bygghemma.

The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. Job responsibilities

As a salesperson at Bygghemma, your most important responsibility is to ensure that customers have a positive experience in the store. You guide customers through the purchasing process in the best possible way and offer professional advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs and wishes.

In this role, you are an important part of the sales chain, where you actively work with sales and assist customers with everything from answering simple product questions to handling larger complex orders. You also help with placing orders and preparing quotes, while being responsible for ensuring that the store is always perceived as well-organized and inviting, which is an important part of the customer experience.

• Through your daily contact with customers, you work with active sales

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Previous work experience in service and/or sales
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Good computer and system skills
