At ILVA Jönköping, you will meet a broad and diverse team where we are always interested in hearing your opinions. Your primary responsibilities in the role are:
- To create sales by understanding and fulfilling the customer's wishes and dreams. With us, we follow the customer through the entire purchasing process. You will be trained to map and understand the customer's needs so that you can become the sparring partner who enters into the personal dialogue and thereby create the perfect sale for the customer.
- Ensure good service so that all our customers feel welcome.
- Contribute to keeping the store always presentable and inviting for our customers. This includes keeping the shelves organized and styling new and existing home decor environments so that we always offer our customers an inspiring living environment.
The position is fundamentally 30 hours per week plus any additional shifts during holidays. However, the most important thing is that you can work every other weekend.

- You are interested in home decor and have a good visual eye for color combinations and interior design. You should also be structured and have a good sense of order.
- You are an enthusiastic seller who has a natural desire to drive sales and find the perfect solutions for our customers, creating trust in your solutions.
- You should be engaged and have the desire to become more skilled in sales. Ultimately, it is important that you can create upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- It is essential that you have a +1 mindset, which means you do the little extra in every situation.
- You are social, accommodating, and have good communication skills.
- You take responsibility and approach your tasks with independence and confidence in finding good solutions to things.
- You are flexible in your approach to both customers, colleagues, and tasks.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement.
