About the Position

As a Store Employee at Biltema, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks and varies between product stocking, cashier work, and customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers.

We would like you to be able to start your introduction before the summer.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to have order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, especially in customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a strong interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
