Mission:

Be responsible for proactive telemarketing to small businesses and individuals with small houses. Conduct follow-ups and sign contracts. Work on creating and managing quotes as well as driving sales-related campaigns. Target new customers in specifically selected markets. Continue dialogue and develop relationships with existing customers. Participate in customer events, fairs, and other external sales activities.

Role:

Our client is looking for a person with experience in proactive telemarketing.

You will present services, solutions, and ideas to customers. You should have technical understanding as well as good knowledge of Office 365 and CRM systems. A B driver's license is required. You need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and have high social competence. Ability to work commercially, take responsibility, and make well-founded decisions. You are also expected to work according to Jönköping Energy's working methods and values.

Competence Level:

Knowledge: Relevant education in the field and some complexity.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the field, with previous experience in similar assignments.

Independence: Ability to independently handle defined tasks.
