As a Lead in Product Offer Management, you will be responsible for packaging and customizing product offerings as well as further developing an offering structure that supports business strategy and market needs. You will act as a specialist in the field and contribute to enhancing the competence within the organization through knowledge sharing and internal training initiatives.

The assignment involves a clear end-to-end ownership, where you drive larger initiatives with high independence and ensure delivery, quality, and progress. The role also has a coaching aspect where you support and quality assure the work of more junior colleagues.

• Package and customize product offerings based on business strategy and market needs
• Ensure that the offering structure is clear, sustainable, and operationally feasible
• Drive larger projects and end-to-end processes with limited oversight
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Product Offer Management and support the organization in complex issues
• Plan and conduct internal training and knowledge sharing
• Coach, review, and delegate work to more junior employees
• Analyze and solve complex problems from both strategic and operational perspectives

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Product Offer Management or a related field
• Documented experience in managing large projects or driving end-to-end processes with limited supervision
• Experience in packaging and customizing product offerings
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in Product Offer Management
• Experience in conducting internal training
• Experience in coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to more junior employees
• Documented ability to handle difficult and complex issues
• Experience from the automotive industry
