ABOUT THE ROLE // MAKE IMPACT WHERE IT MATTERS

As a Financial Controller at our client in Borås, you will play a central role in an international and rapidly growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

You will work with the entire chain of financial management – from budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to monthly closing, quarterly reporting, and annual accounts. The role involves close collaboration with both the Finance team and the accounting function, where you will be an important part of ensuring data quality, driving analysis, and contributing to efficient and scalable processes.

You will handle both internal and external reporting, support the business in financial matters, and identify new needs as the company continues to grow. The role suits you who thrive on responsibility, variety, and a fast-paced environment – and who wants to make an impact.

The work is conducted in a hybrid solution with three days in the office and two days from home. The working hours are 40h/week. This is a consulting assignment via Wise Finance, where you will be employed by us. The assignment is initially for 9 months with the possibility of extension starting April 1, 2026.

YOUR PROFILE // YOU BRING THE EDGE

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial controlling.

• Experience with closing, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Familiarity with an international environment.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

We will only proceed with candidates who have relevant experience as outlined above.

Meritorious

• Quarterly reporting, annual accounts, or IFRS.

• Experience from a publicly listed company.

• Experience with Aaro, Power BI, or similar.
