Södra Cell Mönsterås is one of the world's largest pulp mills. The mill's primary focus is on pulp production, but it also generates green electricity, district heating, and biofuels. The operation has a wide range of technical equipment with engaged employees who are not afraid to try new things.

You will be part of the maintenance organization at Södra Cell Mönsterås, where you will either work towards a specific factory section or have a more overarching responsibility for the entire facility and its surrounding areas. The role involves many points of contact and close collaboration with various professional groups within Södra, as well as with external suppliers and partners.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Perform electrical and automation maintenance as well as installation work.

• Conduct troubleshooting together with colleagues and operations personnel.

• Work with both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational reliability.

• Contribute as a resource within your own department and support other areas as needed.

• Create conditions for high availability and a safe working environment by driving and contributing to continuous improvements in working methods and technical solutions within your area of responsibility.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, based in Mönsterås.

The positions are during daytime and on a 6-shift rotation.

This means you have good communication skills and are skilled at building trust. As a person, you are driven, independent, and goal-oriented, while also being attentive and willing to support your colleagues. You have an analytical and systematic approach to work and are motivated to solve problems in a structured way.

Desirable qualifications

• High school education with a focus on electrical and automation technology and an ECY certificate.

• A background as an electrician or industrial electrician and an interest in taking the next step in your development. Experience with control and automation systems (e.g., PLC) is an advantage, but equally important is your curiosity and willingness to learn more.

• Driving license B.
