Job Description

Jacobi Carbons AB continues to grow, and we are looking for an engaged and driven colleague to join our Customer Service team for the EMEA region. In this central role, you will be the hub between our customers and our internal functions, becoming an important part of a company that is constantly evolving.

As part of our back office team, you will create first-class customer experiences. You will ensure that our customers receive the right product information, clear delivery notifications, smart logistics solutions, and current order updates. In other words, you are one of our most important ambassadors and the face of a global organization where professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction permeate everything we do.

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life where you work with order management, planning, and coordination together with colleagues in areas such as material planning and purchasing. You will have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and work closely with our sales team and customers throughout EMEA.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Administration of customer orders
Planning and coordinating deliveries to customers and handling incoming goods between port and warehouse
Preparation of shipping documents
Handling of complaints

You will be a central part of the ordering flow with a key role in creating smooth and appreciated customer experiences.

This position suits you if you are looking for a dynamic and international work environment where problem-solving and variety are a natural part of everyday life. The role is based at our headquarters in Kalmar, and you will report to our Supply Chain Director EMEA.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in international customer service, logistics, and/or purchasing, and who has a relevant education in the field. You have several years of experience in similar tasks and possess practical experience in working with international order management.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and responsible. You quickly take on new tasks and have an easy time adapting and prioritizing when circumstances change. You thrive in a varied, administrative role and work systematically with an eye for detail. Your communication skills are good, and you are a team player who appreciates a close-knit team with common goals.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good knowledge of MS Office and experience working in business or ERP systems. Since we are an international organization, excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, is required.
