Project Manager & Property Manager

Borgholm Municipality is seeking a structured and solution-oriented Project Manager & Property Manager who wants to be involved in developing our properties and leading technical projects from idea to implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and following up on technical projects and property management within our property portfolio. You will work with everything from maintenance planning and renovation projects to energy efficiency and tenant dialogue.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and following up on construction and technical projects (e.g., renovation, reconstruction, energy optimization)
• Responsible for operation, maintenance, and technical development of properties
• Managing procurements and coordinating contractors and suppliers
• Working closely with tenants and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Budget and result responsibility for your projects and properties
• Contributing to sustainability efforts and digitization within management

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in technology, construction, property, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within property management or construction
• Good technical understanding, preferably in HVAC, electrical, ventilation, or energy
• Experience in procurement and contract law is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

We are looking for an engaged and responsible property manager who wants to contribute to the development and management of the municipality's property portfolio. You will be an important part of our work to create safe, sustainable, and functional environments for the municipality's operations, citizens, and employees.

As a property manager with us, you will work closely with colleagues, operations, and external actors. The role involves both strategic and operational tasks where you will have the opportunity to influence the municipality's long-term property development.
