We are a consulting company in southeastern Sweden that helps organizations with project management and services in product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability. Our core is project management in industrial environments with high demands where we combine structured governance with present leadership.

In our assignments, we often take full responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover. At the same time, we can contribute with targeted efforts within quality, sustainability, or engineering support, such as design and production technology.

Common to everything we do is a structured approach, close collaboration with the customer, and a focus on feasibility in everyday life.

We have a proprietary project management model called iPEM. As an employee with us, it is a given to be part of driving the development of this model forward.

Our office is in Kalmar and we have clients/projects in several locations in southeastern Sweden.

Your role

As a mechanical designer with us, you will:

• Work with mechanical design for clients
• Be involved in projects where you not only design/draw yourself but also coordinate and drive parts of the work
• Contribute technical expertise in the various phases of projects
• Have the opportunity to develop towards a project management role in the long run
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to create solutions that work in practice

We are looking for someone who

• Has the right attitude and a desire to develop
• Is structured and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration and communication skills
• Has at least a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Has at least 3 years of work experience in mechanical design and is proficient in 3D modeling
• Is comfortable coordinating sub-projects and taking responsibility for the whole
• Has an interest in developing towards project management
