About the program

You now have the opportunity to apply for our new trainee program in Emmaboda. Over 18 months, you will gain an in-depth insight into our operations, work on business-critical tasks, and establish a solid foundation for a future career at Xylem.

You will work closely with our experienced managers and specialists, combining practical work with individual skills development and mentorship.

As a trainee, you will have the chance to try out several different roles and departments. Some parts are mandatory to provide you with a stable base, while others are tailored to your interests, strengths, and future ambitions. Placements during the program are determined in consultation with your mentor.

The purpose of the trainee program is for you to grow into a long-term role within Xylem. Together with your mentor, you will find the role in our organization in Emmaboda that best suits you and your development journey. The goal of the program is for you to develop into a future leader or specialist.

We are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in developing into a future leader or specialist within the manufacturing industry. You thrive in a dynamic and eventful environment where you can take responsibility, collaborate closely with colleagues, and tackle new challenges. You have completed a university or college degree in mechanical engineering or industrial economics, with a maximum of 1 year of work experience after your studies. Previous experience in industrial or production environments is a plus.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a basic requirement to be considered.
