Do you want to take a key role in a growing industrial business where the production rate is increasing and the demands for structure, technical understanding, and coordination are high? We are now looking for a production technician with a focus on maintenance who wants to work closely with production, drive improvements, and take a broader approach to machines, suppliers, and long-term planning.

In this role, you will be an important link between production, maintenance, and external suppliers. You will work both operationally and strategically – from supporting maintenance technicians in complex technical issues to planning preventive measures, ensuring spare parts availability, and driving machine-related improvement projects.

• Work closely with production to identify and drive improvements in flow and machinery
• Provide technical support to the maintenance department in more advanced cases
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive maintenance
• Be responsible for supplier dialogues and coordination during machine service and investments
• Participate in and drive projects related to machine installations and efficiency improvements
• Ensure documentation and traceability of implemented measures

• At least 1–2 years of experience in production technology, maintenance, or technical project management
• Experience in driving projects within production or industry
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license B

• YH or university education in production technology, machinery, or maintenance
• Experience in preventive maintenance work
• Experience working in a production environment with technical complexity
• Knowledge of German
