Do you want to help develop a logistics flow that makes a real difference - for our customers, our colleagues, and our business? We are now looking for a Supply Chain Developer who wants to help develop our Supply Chain, drive improvements, and create conditions for growth and a first-class customer experience. 

What does the role entail?  

As a Supply Chain Developer, you will have overall responsibility for developing and improving Nordic Nest Group's Supply Chain and logistics operations. Your mission is to create efficient, sustainable, and well-functioning flows that ensure high productivity and a top-class delivery and customer experience – as we continue to grow and automate. 

You will analyze goods flows and customer needs, challenge existing ways of working, and drive change throughout the Supply Chain, from supplier to end customer. You will initiate and lead projects, prepare decision-making materials, and turn ideas into concrete improvements in the business. 

In the role, you will among other things: 

  • Analyze and develop goods flows from an omnichannel perspective

  • Identify areas for improvement and drive business development initiatives 

  • Initiate, lead, and complete projects within the logistics area 

  • Prepare decision-making materials and business cases for improvement proposals 

  • Support the organization with logistics expertise and system development 

  • Work on continuous improvements related to efficiency, quality, and sustainability 

  • Analyze data and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement 

  • Contribute to and create conditions for a world-class delivery experience

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and has a strong drive to improve and develop. You thrive in the intersection of strategy and practice and have a knack for seeing the big picture – while not losing sight of the details. 

To succeed in the role, we believe you: 

  • Have experience in logistics, Supply Chain, or business development 

  • Are used to working with analysis, improvement work, and project management 

  • Have a structured approach and the ability to turn analysis into action 

  • Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders 

  • Have a business-minded mindset and understand the connection between logistics, customer experience, and results 

  • Enjoy challenging existing ways of working and driving change in practice 

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English 

Experience in e-commerce logistics, automation, system development, or working in complex flows is a plus.
