As our new Aluminium Machining Process Specialist , you will be the technical specialist connecting projects, production, and design. You will gain deep insights into our most advanced products and be responsible for creating robust, efficient, and profitable concepts for aluminum machining.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Specify cutting tools, fixtures

• Develop process setups, cycle times, and optimal machining strategies 

• Industrialize completely new products, from idea to production 

• Work closely with customers and suppliers in technical dialogues 

• Develop our processes and drive improvement projects with significant impact

In this role, you will be at the heart of our technology operations in an area where ideas quickly become reality, and where you will help shape the next generation of production solutions.

You will work at the intersection of our most advanced processes; Machining, Casting, Automation, Project Management, and Process Development. In this role, you will be involved early in the conceptual choices when the framework for a completely new solution is set. At the same time, you will follow the products through their entire lifecycle and see how your decisions shape sustainability, quality, and efficiency over time.

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE

You enjoy seeing the big picture and making wise technical trade-offs where your judgment and expertise play a crucial role.

• Deep experience in aluminum machining and cutting data 

• Ability to calculate, optimize, and analyze cutting processes 

• Experience in machine selection, tool selection, and concept development 

• Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably automotive-related  (high-volume production)

• An analytical and fact-based approach with the ability to stand by your technical recommendations

You are used to driving issues, solving problems, and taking initiative. You enjoy when a lot is happening and thrive in an environment where technology and production meet.
