About Green PM

We are a consulting company in southeastern Sweden that helps organizations with project management and services in product development, production technology, quality, and sustainability. Our core is project management in industrial environments with high demands where we combine structured governance with present leadership.

In our assignments, we often take full responsibility for projects – from planning and execution to handover. At the same time, we can contribute targeted efforts in quality, sustainability, or engineering support, such as design and production technology.

Common to everything we do is a structured approach, close collaboration with the customer, and a focus on feasibility in everyday life.

We have a proprietary project management model called iPEM. As an employee with us, it is a given to be part of driving the development of this model forward.

Our office is in Kalmar and we have clients/projects in several locations in southeastern Sweden.

Your role

As a project manager with us, you will:

• Lead and drive technical and operational projects for customers, such as investment projects or customer order projects within the industry
• Take responsibility for project budgets, timelines, and deliveries
• Ensure that projects are executed with high quality and sustainability in focus
• Work in international environments and feel comfortable with global collaborations
• Inspire and engage the team so that everyone pulls in the same direction
• Be a reliable and clear point of contact for customers and stakeholders

We are looking for someone who

• Has self-drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop
• Has experience in project management within technical or operational projects
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Has the ability to take budget responsibility and make decisions
• Is a good leader who engages the team and creates job satisfaction
• Enjoys working internationally and building long-term customer relationships
• Has at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field - for example, mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or similar
• Has at least 3 years of work experience
