We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager responsible for machine maintenance at our production site in Emmaboda.

About the role

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the management team for the Operations and Maintenance department, which consists of managers from Property, Foundry, Machine Maintenance, and Internal Services. You will lead a team of maintenance engineers, mechanics, and electricians, where you are responsible for daily operations and ensuring that the team has the right conditions to succeed. Your mission also includes a long-term strategic responsibility where you drive the department's development, strengthen the operational reliability of the site's machinery, and participate in the development of the production process. You will be responsible for goals, follow-up, and key performance indicators, and work closely with production to drive improvement work and development.

The team currently consists of about 30 employees.

Your profile

You have experience as a manager with responsibility for personnel management and have previously worked in the manufacturing industry. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Lean or improvement work and thrive in an environment where development, change, and long-term perspectives are central.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strategic approach and analytical skills that help you see the big picture and set a long-term direction. You are creative and willing to challenge established working methods while being flexible and enjoying driving change. As a person, you are relationship-building and create strong collaborations across functions and teams.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
