Prestando Kalmar AB is now looking for a dedicated machine operator for its facility in Kalmar.

As a machine operator with us, you will work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing is carried out efficiently, safely, and with the right quality.

• Monitor, control, and operate production machines according to production orders

• Set up machines, change tools, and perform basic troubleshooting

• Ensure the quality of finished parts through measurement, inspection, and documentation

• Report deviations and contribute to improvement work

• Perform routine maintenance and keep the workplace clean and safe

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and that we meet set production and delivery goals

• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• High school education in technology, industry, or automotive

• Experience from industrial production or machining

• Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools

• Knowledge of English

• Welding skills

• CNC experience

• Forklift license

Start: Immediately by agreement

Working hours: 2-shift, day and evening. (Initially starting with daytime, but must be able to work 2-shift.)

Daytime: Monday-Thursday from 07:00 to 16:12 and Fridays from 07:00 to 13:18.

Evening: Monday-Thursday from 14:00 to 00:30

Location: Kalmar

Employment type: Full-time, permanent position starting with a 6-month fixed-term contract
