In this role, you will be an important part of our team and play a crucial role in both implementing and developing projects. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting companies in the industry to promote sustainable development with a focus on LEAN and energy efficiency. You are also a skilled communicator as you will work closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and the ability to communicate the project's offerings will be key to success.

Qualifications As a project manager, you are accustomed to leading and driving projects from start to finish. You will build and maintain relationships with both industrial companies and collaboration organizations where your ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional ways of working will be valuable in creating innovative and sustainable solutions. You will also handle project administration, such as documentation, contracts, follow-up, and reporting to ensure that the work is carried out according to schedule and budget.

To be successful in this role, we want you to have a background in the industry. You have good knowledge and experience in LEAN and energy efficiency, and if you also have experience working with EU projects and ERUF funding, that is a plus.

For the position, it is required that you have a B driver's license, access to a car, and are flexible as travel is a natural part of your role.
