As an industrial worker, you will work in a production-oriented environment where technology, quality, and safety are central parts of daily operations. The role involves varied tasks and requires both technical understanding and precision.

The tasks may vary depending on the needs of the operation and include, among other things:

• Monitoring, managing, and optimizing production machines

• Basic maintenance work and troubleshooting

• Quality checks according to current routines

• Working from drawings, instructions, and safety regulations

• Documentation of production and deviations

• Experience in industry, production, or workshop work

• Technical interest and basic understanding of machines and processes

• Practical and enjoys physical work

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and works with a clear safety mindset

• Good teamwork skills but also able to work independently

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience with CNC, automation, or industrial maintenance

• Forklift and/or overhead crane license

• Technical education or vocational training in industry or production

The position may involve shift work depending on the assignment. Introduction and training will take place on-site.
