We have an exciting future ahead of us, with several large projects and investments, such as the establishment of a brand new logistics building that will be completed in spring 2026, providing us with the conditions to continue operating sustainable logistics of world-class. The focus is also on preparing for new business opportunities and future needs that the company faces. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to help shape tomorrow's Logistics Center.

Your responsibilities

As a logistics developer, you will be part of a team responsible for planning and implementing logistics and technology projects in close collaboration with production and our customers. You will be involved in challenging, developing, streamlining, and following up on flows and working methods within our processes. Here, you will be an important support to both operations and the maintenance department regarding capacity and technical availability. Our journey towards a more digitalized future is ongoing, and there are several interesting challenges to take part in in the coming years. IT solutions and well-functioning systems that support our processes are an important part of our daily work. Working with details while maintaining a holistic perspective on the entire supply chain is part of the challenge.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who is analytical, engaged, and enjoys collaborating. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and implementing projects of varying complexity and scope, which means you need to be able to independently plan and structure your work. Leading and participating in projects is something you thrive in, and you have the ability to get everyone to work towards the same goal. To thrive in this role, we see that you have an easy time communicating in both Swedish and English, as networking is a natural part of your everyday life. It is important for us to recruit the right person, so great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability. We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering or a related field. You have worked for a number of years or are a recent graduate.
