Process Technicians Wanted in Oskarshamn

We are looking for additional process technicians in various areas for assignments with one of our clients in the Oskarshamn region. Do you want to work close to production? Are you motivated by improvement work, process development, or balancing a paced flow? Then take the chance and apply!

About the Position

As a technician with our client, you can work in various areas related to production. The nature of the work varies depending on the role, but includes, among other things, streamlining pace and flow, optimizing operations regarding safety and work environment, as well as developing various processes.

Furthermore, you may work on driving feasibility studies as a basis for investment needs, capacity investigations, and modeling of the production process, as well as developing proposals for improvements to advance the business.

In this role, you will work closely with production and have a close dialogue with the assemblers and technicians you collaborate with. The work is often project-based, and you will be part of various project groups, as well as conducting smaller projects independently.

Your workday will include, among other things:

• Conducting investment and improvement projects
• Developing production processes
• Creating work instructions
• Providing support for quality deviations
• Promoting good ergonomics in work processes
• Reducing lead times
• Optimizing operations based on safety and environment

The assignment is a consultancy position starting immediately. The location is Oskarshamn.

Qualifications

You who are applying have an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics. Experience from a production environment and a few years of work experience in the mentioned tasks is advantageous.

To thrive in the role, you should have a positive attitude and a drive that makes it easy for you to get things done. With your analytical skills, you solve the tasks you face efficiently and always with quality as a starting point.

As a person, you are unpretentious and flexible and have an easy time communicating with your partners. Through your creativity and curiosity, you find new ways in your work that lead to both the group's and the business's development.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English. You have an easy time navigating different systems and are a regular user of the Office suite.
