Project Manager – Electrical Department Oskarshamn

Focus on industrial customers

Do you want to lead technical projects that make a real difference – together with knowledgeable colleagues and in close dialogue with existing and future industrial customers?

We are now expanding our team at Elajo's electrical department in Oskarshamn and are looking for a project manager who wants to take responsibility for electrical projects within the industry and help develop both business and people.

About the role

As a project manager with us, you will have a central role in our industrial projects. You will lead the projects from budgeting and planning to execution and closure, with full responsibility for finances, quality, work environment, and customer relations.

You will work closely with customers, installers, designers, and colleagues in other technical areas. The projects vary in size and complexity and can include everything from service and renovation assignments to larger contracts within the industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and drive electrical projects for industrial customers
  • Be responsible for the project's finances, timeline, and quality
  • Be the customer's natural contact person throughout the project
  • Plan resources and coordinate internal and external parties
  • Actively work on work environment and safety
  • Contribute to the development of work methods, business, and the team in Oskarshamn

Who are you?

We believe you have experience in electrical projects and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, leadership, and customer contact. You are structured, business-minded, and enjoy taking responsibility – while valuing collaboration and a good work climate.

We would like you to have:

  • Electrical engineering background, for example as an electrician, lead installer, electrical engineer, or equivalent
  • Experience in project management within electrical, industrial, or installation
  • Good understanding of finances and project management
  • Driver's license B
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

If you have experience in industrial environments or contract law, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Why choose Elajo

At Elajo, you become part of a stable and long-term company where commitment, responsibility, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. We believe in freedom with responsibility, present leadership, and creating good results together – both for our customers and for each other.

We offer:

  • A secure employment in a growing company
  • Engaged and competent colleagues
  • Opportunity to influence and develop in your role
  • Collective agreement, wellness benefits, and good perks
  • A local presence in Oskarshamn with the strength of a larger group
