ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Process Engineer, you will be a key person in the team, working on technical problem-solving and the development of the manufacturing process. You will drive projects forward, from root cause investigations to the implementation of new solutions, with a strong focus on both production and research. RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

The role involves optimizing and developing the manufacturing process through technical problem-solving, project management, and research-related work. You will be an important link between production and development, both locally and internationally.

  • Conduct technical problem-solving and root cause investigations in the manufacturing process.
  • Drive technical projects to improve and develop production.
  • Plan and execute tests and technical trials in the production environment.
  • Collect materials for laboratory analyses and research purposes.
  • Actively support the production team in Figeholm with your technical expertise.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has an engineering degree
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Work experience from a similar role and experience from the paper and pulp industry or other manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of Polish.
