Do you enjoy problem-solving and working on improvements in a dynamic environment? As a Logistics Technician within Production Technology, you will have the opportunity to influence how ideas can be turned into concrete solutions and implemented in practice. You will primarily work on improvements in safety, health, and environment as well as quality, process, and downtime.

Together with colleagues and a project coordinator, you form Production Technology MBBEN. Additionally, there are other specialist groups focused on: Robotics, Joining, and Automation. All these colleagues together form Process Technology. You will work closely with your colleagues, your manager, maintenance, and above all your customers in our production.

Responsibilities

Together with the group manager and team leader, you will use and develop our working methods to always ensure good safety and quality with a high sense of service. You will have an assigned area where your closest customer is the group manager and the associated group. Your responsibilities include truck utilization, transport times, disturbance follow-ups, investments, and smaller projects. By applying and understanding Scania's production system, SPS, you create participation and spread knowledge and engagement within the organization. The role also includes changeovers together with logistics developers as well as systematic mapping and analysis of flows and cycle times. You will conduct your daily work in dialogue with the team leader, technicians, and group managers to design and execute tasks in a productive and efficient manner based on goals, strategy, and other guidelines.

You are a meticulous person who takes responsibility for your work, preferring structure and high quality. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy participating in and driving projects as well as collaborating cross-functionally with high integrity. We would like you to be analytical and a good problem-solver, driven by engaging your colleagues to succeed together.

We believe you have a relevant education in logistics, such as a vocational training or a university degree in logistics and supply chain management. Experience as a logistics technician or production technician is an advantage. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are computer literate with good knowledge of the Office suite.

A driving license (B) is required.
