Fibio is one of Sweden's fastest-growing mobile operators. We are now looking for an engaged Junior Customer Retention Specialist who wants to work with our existing and new customers and help us create more satisfied customers.

In this role, you will primarily:

- Contact existing and warm customers.

- Assist customers in upgrading their subscriptions and taking advantage of new offers.

- Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty through good service and simple sales.

About you:

- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (requirement).

- You have good communication skills and enjoy using the phone as a work tool.

- You are solution-oriented, positive, and trustworthy.

- You have a strong desire to achieve set goals and enjoy building relationships.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Employment type: Permanent employment (with an initial probationary period).
