JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities consist of standard tasks within occupational therapy and assistive device assessments with the goal of extending the period of active and independent living through training of the care recipient. You will work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, and the assignment includes guidance for the care recipient, care staff, and relatives in a rehabilitative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a licensed occupational therapist and able to meet and coordinate the patient's overall rehabilitation needs.

Since the position involves daily contact with many people, high social competence is required, along with a service-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills. It is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have computer skills.

You enjoy working flexibly and independently and can take your own initiatives while seeing teamwork as an important part of the job. The ability to independently organize and prioritize your work is fundamental to making the right interventions at the right time. It is important that you have a genuine interest in working with care recipients in need of rehabilitation within municipal health and medical care.

We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and personal suitability.

A valid driver's license is required as we often travel by car.
