Your tasks

In the role of General Practitioner, you will work with standard outpatient care at the health center.

You will work closely with other professionals at the health center to diagnose, treat, and prevent health issues early on. We offer interesting and varied tasks in an organization that is heading towards an exciting future. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for one more colleague and General Practitioner, and we would prefer that you have prior experience in primary care in Uppsala. We place great importance on you contributing to an open and positive work environment together with your colleagues.

You find it easy to work independently and have good collaboration skills, working for your team and the organization, ensuring continuity and high-quality care. You have a holistic approach and are good at prioritizing. Naturally, you always keep the patient in focus and value a good reception both in writing and in personal meetings. We have short decision-making paths and always welcome creativity and new ideas. Working at the Children's Center is therefore stimulating and developing, with a high degree of participation, responsibility, and opportunities.

Opportunities for Medical Quality and Management Responsibility

at the clinic. You will work closely with the operations manager and coordinators for the various professions and areas of operation, focusing on quality, local routines, and patient safety. We will work together for a good work environment and workload for our doctors and staff throughout the clinic, as well as to establish good booking routines and a smooth patient flow for both acute and chronic diseases.

As an MLA, you have overall responsibility

for issues related to the clinic's medical mission. This includes:

• Ensuring a good introduction and guidance for all doctors at the clinic
• Working with the operations manager to investigate causes and follow up on medical deviations
• Participating in regular meetings with other MLAs within Prima Care Uppsala.

Employment and application

The position is a permanent position at 100%. We apply a probationary period. The degree of employment can be discussed. Start date as soon as possible, or as agreed.
