Our Operations

Public Dental Care in Region Uppsala is undergoing an expansive phase in the field of Orofacial Medicine. Specialist Dental Care Orofacial Medicine Enköping, in collaboration with the Center for Medical Dental Care Seminariet in Uppsala, conducts specialist training in Orofacial Medicine. Our operations focus on accessibility and good service to our patients with adapted equipment for our patient groups, including ceiling lifts and movable treatment chairs in all treatment rooms. The clinic also has nitrous oxide and microscopes. We are co-located with an orthodontic clinic and have an endodontist from Uppsala on site 1.5 days a week.

We receive referrals from general dentistry, specialist dental care, and healthcare for patients with complex medical diagnoses, cognitive and intellectual disabilities, and behavioral issues. We also have access to a psychologist at the OFM Seminariet clinic in Uppsala for collaboration regarding dental anxiety patients. Patients with extensive issues can also receive revision dental care from us. Within Public Dental Care, there is also the opportunity to conduct research projects for those interested. Public Dental Care in Uppsala County has a good influx of patients, strong finances, and interesting development projects. We are an organization where everyone feels needed and involved.

Your Mission

We are looking for you who are a general dentist or have specialist qualifications in orofacial medicine. We believe that you have a strong commitment to your work, place great importance on dental quality, and are interested in continuing to develop our operations. In addition to good professional skills and experience, you work well in a team and have good communication skills. The position is a permanent employment.
