Our Operations

Clinical physiology is a field focused on functional diagnostics that is part of the cardiology and lung disease department. Here, biomedical analysts, doctors, nursing assistants, and nurses work in teams where our different competencies contribute to providing the patient with the correct diagnosis. Each year, we perform approximately 26,000 examinations, both planned examinations when patients come from home and urgent examinations on patients who are hospitalized here. In addition, we are involved in several research projects and have a significant educational mission.

Your Mission

You will work in a workplace with varied, meaningful, and developing work. You will primarily perform echocardiograms, but the tasks of a biomedical analyst may also include independently performing other examinations such as exercise tests, long-term ECG, lung function, and gastrointestinal diagnostics, as well as vascular ultrasound. We have a competency model that highlights development and career paths ranging from a newcomer in the role, independent, experienced to specialist. With us, you should be able to stay and continue to find new challenges and develop throughout most of your professional life. We also have special assignments such as report writing and main supervision assignments.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed biomedical analyst with experience in echocardiography. Knowledge of other clinical physiological examinations is an advantage. The work requires the ability to work both independently and in a team. We would also like you to have basic computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We offer a permanent full-time position as a biomedical analyst. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. Start date and salary according to agreement.
