Your mission

Your tasks include primary assessment, treatment, and follow-up of both young, adults, and elderly patients with symptoms, diseases, and injuries in the musculoskeletal system, central and peripheral nervous system, as well as psychosomatics. This occurs partly within the framework of the clinical processes defined by primary care, which we actively work according to.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will be part of a team of four colleagues. You will have independent responsibility for assessment and treatment at both individual and group levels, where the choice of measures should be based on available evidence and existing guidelines.

Your competence

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience from primary care is an advantage. Experience in the treatment and assessment of chronic pain and training in OMT, OMI, or McKenzie is also advantageous. Personal qualities we seek in our new colleague include flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary work.

We believe you enjoy challenges and are driven to find smart ways to work together in the team and with other colleagues at the health center to provide more patients with better access to assessment and treatment, either through digital meetings or on-site in our facilities. You are eager to share your knowledge with your colleagues, both within and outside your profession. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Our operation

Gottsunda Health Center is located in bright, beautiful premises in Gottsunda Center, in the southwestern part of Uppsala. We have about 14,000 registered patients and approximately 80 employees. Our operations are broad, and all professional areas within the health center's mission are represented. Many of our patients come from other countries and cultures, which we find makes working with us particularly varied and interesting.

The health center belongs to the Close Care and Health administration in Region Uppsala. We want you to thrive and develop with us.
