Training Manager – Operational Executor

Location: Stockholm | Start: By agreement

About the role

As a Training Manager with us, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and quality assuring our training, conferences, and webinars.

This is an operational execution role where your focus is:

• To ensure that each training is correctly planned
• To coordinate speakers, clients, and internal functions
• To keep the flow together and solve problems along the way
• To deliver with quality and structure at a high pace

You work closely with the business area manager, marketing, and administration – but own the execution itself.

Your main tasks

• Plan and coordinate training and webinars
• Match speakers to the right assignments and manage contracts
• Ensure that materials are correct and ready on time
• Manage client dialogue in connection with booking and delivery
• Prepare quotes according to templates and follow up on completed training
• Work in HubSpot and Sana Labs and maintain structure in systems
• Participate in kick-offs and moderate digital training when needed

You ensure that the details are in place – and that the client experience is professional all the way.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good knowledge of workplace environment and HR issues
• Has experience in project management or a coordinating role
• Has relevant higher education, such as a degree in human resources
• Is highly structured and strong in prioritization
• Is solution-oriented and confident in making operational decisions
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

Experience in training operations, e-learning, or an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
