JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Together with a team based in Stockholm, you will receive incoming calls from internal or external parties. Your task is to support them in their inquiries in a pedagogical manner and help them with their IT problems in a solution-oriented way via phone, email, and chat. 📨☎️👩‍💻

The complexity of the questions varies, but the parties may call in with user and password management, Microsoft Office questions (mainly MS Office 365), Windows (mainly 7/8/8.1), VPN issues (business customers connecting their computers from home), or Active Directory (other office administration/permission administration).

WHO ARE YOU?

You are service-minded with a burning interest in IT, a drive to develop and learn more. We see that you have experience in some form of customer service/phone experience and it is an advantage if you have attended an IT-related high school. We place great importance on personal suitability and also believe in you if you lack formal education but are engaged and willing to give 110%.

We would like you to enjoy problem-solving and be able to guide others in a pedagogical manner so that you can work together towards a solution. It is an advantage if you have experience with Active Directory, remote control, VPN, Windows, ticketing systems, etc. You are social and have no problem working independently, but you still contribute to a good atmosphere in the group.

Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement ✍️🗨️
