We are now looking for a medical secretary for a summer temporary position!

With us, you will have a fun, varied, and eventful job where you will become an important part of the operation during the summer.

The role includes common tasks such as medical documentation, rescheduling and canceling patients, managing journals, scanning, and other administrative tasks. The majority of our doctors use Tandem, which means that the amount of dictated journals is less than at many other healthcare centers. The role also includes work at the reception – therefore, we are looking for someone with reception experience who enjoys a service-oriented role.

We work in teams, where our medical secretaries also participate and join rounds with other professionals at the healthcare center.

We welcome you who are educated in health and medical care administration 80p (KY) or 400p (YH) or equivalent education as a medical secretary. You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of PMO, Medspeech, PASiS, and QlikView is an advantage, as well as an interest in digitalization.

You have a good ability to prioritize between different tasks when the pace varies and can adapt your working methods when conditions require. As a person, you are positive and responsible with a flexible approach, and you enjoy working both independently and in a team. The position is a summer temporary position for 10 weeks during the period of June, July & August and a workload of 100%.
