Service HSE Manager

Do you have experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) and want to contribute to a safer and more sustainable future? We are now looking for a Service HSE Manager for an exciting consulting assignment in the energy sector. You will be employed by us at Poolia and hired out to our client during the assignment period.

Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work
Scope: Full-time

About the position

In the role of Service HSE Manager, you will work to ensure and develop the HSE work at our client's operations. You will support operational teams and management groups in implementing and following HSE processes and guidelines, ensuring that the work environment is characterized by safety and sustainability.

Your main responsibilities

  • Define and implement HSE arrangements and ensure compliance.
  • Support management groups and field teams on health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Conduct HSE inspections and ensure that incidents are investigated and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop HSE plans and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that contractors adhere to HSE procedures and routines.
  • Assist in customer communication regarding HSE issues and ensure ongoing improvements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to health, safety, and environment and who thrives in a role where you can coach, support, and drive improvement work.

You have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a role as an HSE advisor or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of international and local HSE regulations.
  • Experience from safety-critical industries such as renewable energy, electricity distribution, or industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • A driver's license and the ability to travel within the Nordic region.

As inspections and climbing in wind turbines may occur, good physical condition is necessary.
