ABOUT THE POSITION
With our client in Södertälje, innovative and high-tech environments meet to manufacture life-changing medicines. It is a daily life marked by unwavering team spirit, supportive leadership, and a curiosity that pushes boundaries. Here, the days are filled with healthy choices: morning spinning sessions, laughter-filled coffee breaks with colleagues, and walks in the illuminated track. Welcome to a world where half of all line managers are women and where they actively work for a healthier world: from people to planet. Where there is drive, there are opportunities: which path will you choose?
Organizationally, in this role, you will belong to a group of about 50 people who support sterile manufacturing both in Snäckviken and Gärtuna. You will work closely with the exciting and dynamic production and be “where it happens.” Daily, you will participate in cross-functional discussions at the production line and make informed decisions on how production should proceed based on quality aspects. Approving protocols from manufacturing and thus being responsible for ensuring our products meet the right quality and fulfill set requirements is also part of your daily routine.
The role of Quality Assurance Associate has an investigative character where you gather facts and use your logical thinking to come to decisions. The work is independent and the tasks are broad, you have great opportunities for your own learning, and as a representative for your area, courage, engagement, determination, and integrity are needed. You will collaborate closely within the groups as well as with other support functions such as quality control, microbiology responsible, process technology, and maintenance, therefore high demands are placed on flexibility and good communication skills. Your position may be challenged, and you need to be able to justify your decisions well with both conviction and humility.
This is a consulting assignment via Academic Work with opportunities for extension.
You are offered
- To work at a world-leading company
- To work in a developing environment with competent colleagues
- A dedicated consultant manager at Academic Work

- Has experience working with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with LEAN. It is also meritorious if your education meets the competence requirements for Expert in LVFS 2004:7.
To succeed in the role, you are a positive and solution-oriented person who thrives with a large network and broad collaboration across different functions. You are skilled at seeing the big picture and switching between long and short deadlines. You have the ability to communicate well, in a trustworthy manner, and handle the many points of contact and sometimes tough decisions with engagement and integrity. We would like you to have an interest in technology, systems, and processes.
