Ängdala Schools is a free school that has been around since 1996, beautifully located in a green area on the outskirts of the picturesque Höllviken. We have preschools, primary school, and after-school care with approximately 700 children aged 1-16 years.

One of our primary school teachers in after-school care is moving on to a teaching career, and therefore we are looking for you who are:

- A primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care or leisure educator.

- Have a distinct good leadership that allows you to create a positive learning environment where good relationships prevail.

- Have good communication skills, which means you create good relationships with both colleagues and guardians.

- Have broad pedagogical competence and the ability to reflect on your pedagogical work, which means you are constantly developing.

- A team player who sees collaboration as a given.

- Willing to go the extra mile.

It is an advantage if you have experience.

We are looking for you who are a qualified primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care or leisure educator who wants to contribute to creating a good operation in our after-school care and collaborate in the lower grades.

You will, together with your team, plan and participate in the students' activities and further develop them together with both students and colleagues. You should be able to translate modern pedagogical theory into practical work and be well acquainted with the school's governing documents. We see it as a prerequisite that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing and that you see each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of students.

The work is a team effort, and therefore we are looking for a person with good collaboration skills who is engaged in their profession.
