Do you want to work at a school where practical-aesthetic subjects are actually prioritized? Innovitaskolan Landskrona is now looking for a creative and structured teacher who wants to help raise the status of crafts and home economics in an environment characterized by warmth and development.

About us

Innovitaskolan is a small school with about 200 students, creating a family atmosphere where everyone is seen. We take pride in our high staff density and our staff group, which is characterized by deep commitment and a constant desire to develop. For us, practical-aesthetic subjects are not just a part of the schedule – they are a central part of the students' education that the school management actively invests in.

Your work environments and opportunities

We offer facilities that provide you with the best conditions for conducting quality teaching:

• Crafts: Two separate, fresh classrooms for wood/metal and textile crafts respectively. We continuously adapt and replenish equipment according to the needs of the operations.
• Home and consumer knowledge: A fully equipped classroom with several cooking stations and a dedicated area with tables and a projector for theoretical presentations.

Network & Collegial learning: You are never alone in your assignment. We are part of a central digital network that meets three times per term with a focus on co-assessment and development of teaching quality.

Pedagogical discussions and close collaboration in work teams: At our smaller school, we work a lot together to find the right approach with our students and develop our operations, where you will be part of a work team with teachers from grades 5-9.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who radiates warmth and has the ability to create security in the classroom. You are a person who:

• Combines structure with flexibility: You have clear leadership and a firm structure, but can quickly adapt when the pedagogical situation requires it.
• Is confident in the entire assignment: You master everything from the relationship-building educational mission to planning, teaching, and fair grading.
• Sees the student as a resource: You encourage students' own drive and participation, but are always there as the safe guide who never leaves them alone in learning.
• Is a team player: For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues, share your successes, and be inspired by others' work.

About the position

We are looking for a teacher for grades 3–9 in a combination that suits your profile:

• Crafts teacher in combination with home and consumer knowledge
• Crafts teacher in combination with IT or other subjects

The position is a permanent employment (with a 6-month probationary period) with a scope of 60-100% based on subject competence and the applicant.
